Strength to Overcome All Roadblocks (SOAR)
This is a 16-week program targeting weight management and fitness, led by Exercise Physiologist, Dr. Matthew Stults-Kolehmainen, Ph.D., and Elizabeth Rathbun, LPC, Licensed Professional Counselor.
The SOAR course meets weekly on Tuesdays from 5:30-7:00pm for 14 weeks.
SOAR HIGHER! – This program includes the 14 week SOAR course plus a full program of individually tailored fitness and behavior assessments and coaching.
