This initial evaluation includes a thorough assessment of an individual’s medical, psychological, and social history, acute and chronic stress, lifestyle habits, and the impact of these factors on his or her health and functioning. Individualized laboratory blood work is conducted and a comprehensive report on stress and health function is provided.
Thorough biochemical and physiological stress, health, and endocrine and immune markers assessment:
This one and a half hour appointment includes blood draws to measure important chemicals in the blood related to stress, health and immune functioning and the specialized assessment of heart rate, breathing and blood pressure. These assessments provide cutting edge information regarding current health functioning and risk for health related concerns.

This is a one and a half hour re-evaluation blood draw of important chemicals in the blood related to stress, health and immune functioning and the specialized assessment of heart rate, breathing and blood pressure, allowing for comparison to baseline values to measure stress, allowing us to assess improvement in function with treatment.
Medications evaluation:
In conjunction with other services, our medical doctors and physicians are available to meet with individuals one-on-one to assess for the benefits of medications to improve health and optimize function. Common symptoms treated may include depression, anxiety, difficulties with concentration, sleep difficulties, blood pressure, metabolic syndrome, weight loss, etc.
